Generally SaaS projects fall somewhere between $20,000 and $150,000, but some end up costing $300K or more.
But, this will depend on the complexity of your project and the quality you want it created at. Just looking to create a non highly polished MVP, then it will take less time.
**If you decide not to work with us after a certain point for whatever reason, either you determine your SaaS won’t be profitable, or you decide to hire your own developers to take over, that’s fine, but we don’t offer any refunds on what was already created. But, we will discuss this with you and what you can expect.
We generally work with technology stacks that scale pretty well on commodity hardware, but it’s really an impossible question to give you an answer to without knowing the specifics.
If you want a solution that needs the latest AI with $10,000/mo servers with the latest Graphic cards, then no. While we might be able to create a technical solution that scales, you may not be able to scale it financially! ie: It costs about $200,000 to train an AI model, 1 time!
You probably won’t need $10,000/mo servers though, so don’t worry, and we’ll discuss these things with you during the requirements phase.
But, we’ll be honest with you, if you create the next Facebook… first we’ll say “You’re Welcome” 🙂 and if you reach this scale you’ll probably need a new solution rolled from the ground up to scale at that level.
Having us design & create a solution that can scale to Facebook levels simply would take too long and cost too much money to do from the start and would be a waste of money.
And when you make it to Facebook levels… you’ll also be making mega millions at that point, so you’ll be able to afford it! This is a good problem to have 🙂
